I have tried several other types of digestive enzyme products for my dog, and most of them helped somewhat, but the difference once he was on Berte'z Zyme was amazing. It's been about a year now, and his episodes of diarrhea and gas have become noticeably less frequent. The secret is in the ox bile extract - that's what none of the other products had. Fantastic product, I wish I had found it much sooner.
